On October 24, 2017, the Youth Conference of the Academy of Electrotechnical Sciences of the Chuvash Republic (AES ChR) - 2017 was held in Cheboksary. The "House" that welcomed young scientists with a specialization in relay protection and automation was JSC "VNIIR".
Начало мероприятию положило обсуждение участниками концептуальных вопросов развития энергетики Российской Федерации и выступление представителей принимающей стороны. Кроме того, выступил приглашенный гость –Vice-Rector FGAOU DPO "Petersburg Power Engineering Institute of Professional Development" Russian Energy Ministry Ilyushin PV. Далее последовали выступления молодых специалистов. Всего было заявлено 15 докладов, поэтому участникам приходилось строго соблюдать регламент (8 минут на доклад, 7 минут на обсуждение).
