Organized by June 1, 2009. The only founder is the Ministry of Economic Development, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Chuvashia.
Для выполнения поставленных задач Агентство финансируется из федерального и республиканского бюджетов. Кроме этого, для реализации программы долгосрочного кредитования Агентство привлекает государственные ресурсы через ОАО “МСП Банк”.
